Nexterday Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides software development services. We are the responsible party (PoPIA) and controller (GDPR) for personal information we process through our websites and services.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect via our websites, products, support channels, and communications. It does not apply to third‑party services you connect to our products (which are governed by their own policies).

- Support interactions and feedback.

We rely on one or more of the following: consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security). Where PoPIA applies, we process personal information in line with its conditions for lawful processing.

We do not sell or share personal information, except sharing with authorities where required by law.

Where personal information is transferred across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and ensure lawful transfer mechanisms under PoPIA/GDPR.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We apply retention schedules and deletion routines.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent. 12. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or older age as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
